Congratulations to our friend Earl Pigg, who won a free lunch at The Natoma for picking the correct score (35-7) of Ohio State’s win over Bowling Green. When you’re in The Natoma let us know what your prediction is for each week’s OSU game. All correct picks win a free lunch.

The Midland Theatre offers excellent entertainment for the next three Thursday nights. It’s Capitol steps on October 19th, Raison D’Etre on October 26th, and Kathy Mattea on November 2nd. If you’re attending any of these performances, be sure to stop at The Natoma for dinner or refreshments before the show.

The Buckeyes are halfway to an undefeated season with a Big 10 game in East Lansing Michigan this afternoon. The Spartans have ruined OSU seasons before, but we’re trying not to remember the past.

The Natoma welcomes the world famous Newark High School classes of 1956 and 1966 for their 50th and 40th Reunion. The Class of '66 met last night in the Natoma to spread the glorious details of their life stories. Special thanks to organizers Beth Crist and Jan Harvey and Guest Bartenders Howard & Sandy Ridella.

Along with the Class of '56 we welcomed our life long friends Jimmy and Pat Hull, who joined us for a large dinner party on Wednesday night. Jim and Pat are visiting from Naples, Florida.

Mark this one in your 2006 Football Notebook. On Sunday, October 1, 2006 the Cleveland Browns won and the Cincinnati Bengals lost on the same day! Does anybody care to guess how long it will be before this happens again?!
